Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Returns are Free for US Residents Only. Non-US Residents must provide their own return label

 

You can request for a return or refund at our Return/Refund Page at https://chidiempire.com/return-refund/

 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a free return and refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
  • 15 days or less after delivery date

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • If item is used or damaged
  • been over 15 days since delivery date

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact page.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is received more than 30 days after shipping

 Order Cancellations

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@chidiempire.com and send your item to: 12530 Fairwood Pkwy PO Box #174 Bowie, MD 20720. Any package sent outside of this address will result in a voided exchange and refund.

Kingsmen Console Series Personal Computers

Customers have the opportunity to return or exchange the Kingsmen Console Series Personal Computer for up to 15 days upon receiving the product. The Kingsmen Console Series is a pre-built personal computer, and can be customized, upgraded, and internal components can be swapped out. However, opening up the system for any reason will automatically void the opportunity to return the product for a refund or an exchange. Swapping any internal component, changing the operating system software, or editing the BIOS, will automatically void any opportunity for a return for a refund or an exchange. Restoring the computer to its original form will not reinstate the opportunity for a return for a refund or an exchange. Water damage, electrical damage, physical damage to hardware, or damage to software in cases of malware, ransomware, trojan software, or any form of software vulnerabilities caused by the end-user will automatically void any opportunity for a return for a refund or an exchange. Repairing the computer, resetting the computer, or removing malware from the computer, will not reinstate the opportunity for a return for a refund or an exchange. Any and all forms of mining for crypto, or any form of mining in general, will automatically void any opportunity for a return for a refund or an exchange. Attempting to overclock the system will automatically void any opportunity for a return for a refund or an exchange. Any attempt to resell the product, or participate in retail arbitrage of the product will automatically void any opportunity for a return for a refund or an exchange. Using the computer to commit illegal actions that are against Federal and State Laws will automatically void any opportunity for a return for a refund or an exchange. These terms apply for all special editions, limited time offers, bundles, and versions of this product. If you are having any issues with the product, or have any concerns, please reach out to us at support@chidiempire.com. By purchasing this product, you therefore have agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Customer Chargebacks

 All Chargebacks or scam will result in a voided return and refund. All customers who perform chargebacks or practices any form of scam will be permanently banned from shopping from our store with no possibility of appeal. Any account will be permanently deleted, and any future attempts of creating a new account, or ordering from our store will result in account closure and order cancellations. No exceptions. Recovery measures may be taken.

 

Shipping returns

You can rest easy, as we provide free returns. Just fill out the Return/Refund at https://chidiempire.com/return-refund/ and we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Be sure to ship the order within 10 days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) from receiving the shipping label, in order to receive refund. Items not shipped within this time frame voids the return and refund. Be sure to only use the shipping label we provided (Except for items classified under our Heavy Goods Shipping), failure to use the shipping label provided to you will result in a voided return and refund. Be sure that the item is not used, damaged, missing, or an empty package. If the item is used or damaged, this will void the return and refund, and item will be sent back to sender. If item is missing, please contact us first, so we may investigate the matter. If after the investigation we discover that the item is missing because of an error from us, we will give you a courtesy refund. If the missing return is due to issues with the carrier, this will result in a partial refund. If the missing return is due to sender negligence, this will void the return and refund

All empty packages or scam will result in a voided return and refund. All scammers will be permanently banned from shopping from our store with no possibility of appeal. For Non-US Residents and items classified under our “Heavy Goods” Shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return time frame remains 30 days.

If you are returning more expensive items ($150 or above), the return process may be longer, as we will need more time to investigate. 

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
