Return & Refund Policy

At CHIDI Empire, your satisfaction is our top priority. Buyers have up to 30 days after the delivery date to return an item. We offer free returns for U.S. residents. Non-U.S. residents are responsible for return shipping. There are no restocking fees for any return. The item must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receiving the label (excluding Sundays and U.S. national holidays). Failure to ship within this timeframe may result in the return being voided. You can request a return or refund at our Request Return/Refund page.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You don’t receive your order within the guaranteed delivery window (30 days after shipping)

  • You receive the wrong item

  • You no longer want the product (must be unused)

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds if:

  • You provide an incorrect shipping address

  • Delivery is delayed due to customs or natural disasters

  • The item is used, damaged, or returned after the 30-day window

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Include receipt or proof of purchase

  • Do not return items directly to the manufacturer

Return shipping cost:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A fixed fee of $20 USD will be charged per return.

Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards, downloadable software, certain health/personal care items, perishable goods, and opened media/software.

Special Product Conditions

Kingsmen Console Series PCs must be returned within 15 days, unopened. Any internal modification voids return eligibility. Full policy is listed on the product page.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. Email support@chidiempire.com for assistance and ship to:

Customer Responsibility

Attempted scams or chargebacks will result in account termination and permanent bans. Legal and financial recovery action may be taken.

Shipping Returns

Return shipping labels are provided for eligible U.S. returns. You must ship the return within 10 days of receiving your label. Returns sent late, without a label, or containing empty/used/damaged items will be voided.

For high-value returns (items $150+), additional inspection time may apply.

Note: For non-U.S. return shipping is not covered and is customer’s responsibility.
